Well I use a lot of plug-ins with LR so it really speeds up the editing process. But I have a hard time using things like the cloning tool or getting rid of dirt on a face or anything like that. So I will use Elements if I need to do anything more serious than a basic edit. I like having both but if I could only have one I would probably go with Elements because you can pretty much do what you can in LR in Elements it is just easier to do in LR. Where you can't do certain things in LR that you can in Elements. Hope that makes sense.

What's the difference? I'm really wanting Elements, but I don't know much about either, to be honest.

there is a time for everything, especially if your boys are young. i like to take pictures of my kids but most of the time they don't let me, so my doggies are my subjects.
